*Reservation Terms & Conditions:

  • All reservations are a Two Night Minimum Stay.
  • Changes can be made up to 30 days prior to the event.
  • Deadline for cancellations is 30 days prior to the event.
  • Any cancellations made after the deadline, are subject to penalty equal to the cost of the first night’s stay & tax.
  • All reservations will be charged the cost of the first night’s stay & tax, no sooner than 30 days prior to the event.  This reservation charge is Non-Refundable at this point.
  • Upon receiving a reservation code, attendees will have a designated time to book reservations, or blocked rooms will go back into inventory.
  • Managers or coordinators are required to provide a Rooming List at the end of the booking period.  Submit all rooming lists to admin@jjrpmgt.com.  The rooming list will be reviewed & responded to, to help make sure everyone needing reservation has one.
