*Reservation Terms & Conditions:

  • All reservations are a 2 Night Minimum Stay. (March 23 – March 25)
  • Changes can be made up to 30 days prior to the event.
  • Deadline for cancellations is 30 days prior to the event.
  • Any cancellations made after the deadline, will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of the first night’s stay & tax.
  • All reservations will be charged the cost of the first night’s stay & tax, no sooner than 30 days prior to the event. This reservation charge is Non-Refundable at this point.
  • Upon receiving a reservation code, attendees will have a designated time to book reservations, or blocked rooms will go back into inventory.
  • Managers or coordinators are required to provide a Rooming List at the end of the booking period. Submit all rooming lists to The rooming list will be reviewed & responded to, to help make sure everyone needing reservation has one.

Upon completion of the booking process, the credit card will be charged the cost of the 1st night’s stay.(Room cost, tax, resort fee, and any other applicable charges)
This 1st night’s charge is Non-Refundable
30 Days prior to the event, the remaining balance of all charges associated with the booking will be charged to the credit card on file.
Any cancellations made at these above, specified properties after February 22, 2018, are subject to the cost of the entire 2 night minimum stay, NO EXCEPTIONS
